We try on DMAIC base to practically (not something for something) use and apply all basic tools – from FMEAs, fishbones, VSMs, Gantts + for data handling and evaluation is certainty to use basic engineering set as hypothesis testing, pareto analysis, control diagrams, correlation, descriptive stats…

And all that is matched and blended with lean stuff – 5S, pull principles, balance charts, milk runs, u shapes…
